Fiancee Visa

Alex P. Krasutsky joins Vivo Law Offices, LLC after working as a research scientist for Eli Lilly & Company.  Mr. Krasutsky is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and in its Northern and Southern Districts.  Mr. Krasutsky practices immigration, family and intellectual property law.  Mr. Krasutsky immigrated to the United States from the Ukraine.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Moscow State University, Russia and attended the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Chemistry in 1996.  Mr. Krasutsky worked for 13 years as a corporate scientist in Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery.

As an immigrant, Mr. Krasutsky is passionate about helping foreigners wishing to come to the United States.  Having experienced a highly contested divorce, Mr. Krasutsky feels strongly about father’s rights and has become an advocate of and voice for divorcing fathers.

While working in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Krasutsky was involved in numerous inventions which resulted in a number of patent filings and led to the introduction of several drug candidates.  Mr. Krasutsky has been a patent agent since 2008, founding an Indianapolis based patent prosecution agency- Indypatent.com.  Mr. Krasutsky is a member of the Indiana State Bar, the Indianapolis Bar and the American Chemical Society.
