A K-2 Visa is a request to bring the dependents of a K-1 Fiancee Visa applicant to the U.S. The K-2 Visa request is part of the K-1 Visa application.
A K-4 Visa is a request to bring the dependents of a K-3 Spousal Visa applicant to the U.S. The K-4 Visa request is part of the K-3 Visa application.

1. The foreign child is the child of the foreign spouse.
2. The foreign child is under 21 years old and unmarried.
3. The U.S. citizen petition and foreign spouse have a valid marriage.
