Free Immigration Case Review

Before you hire our firm, we want to provide you with a free personal review of your immigration case.  If we cannot help you or you need a different type of visa- other than a K-1 Fiance(e) Visa, we want you to understand your options first.  We will help you make the right decision in retaining our firm or another attorney to serve your immigration law needs.

If we decide your case is likely to be a success and assuming you decide to retain us, you will sign our standard engagement agreement and make arrangements to pay our fees. The engagement agreement is ethically required of attorneys who are representing clients for the first time.  It serves as an agreement between our firm and you as the client whose interests we will be representing in obtaining a K-1 visa for your fiancé(e).

Fair Fees & Easy Payments

You may make payment either by credit card, which is processed through our website, money order, or check. All checks should be payable to "Vivo Law Offices" and should be mailed to Tiffany U. Vivo, 5150 Pike Plaza Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46254. If you wish to pay using a credit card, we can process it through our website. We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The charge is $1500, plus government filing fees, which will be calculated later based on the country of origin of your fiancé(e). We do offer payment plans.  Please see Cost of Services for details and more information.

As soon as we receive the signed engagement agreement and payment, we will send you our Welcome Package & Questionnaire. You will use the Welcome Package & Questionnaire to learn more about how we will help you through the K-1 Visa process and to provide us with the information we need to devise your case strategy and complete required application forms.

The Internet is full of websites offering “packages” of K-1 visa services at different price levels.  Our law firm is different.  We offer only one visa service at one fee level- $1,500, plus any government filing fees, because we believe your case deserves the same amount of attention as any other case we are handling.  We want your case to be successful, and so we pledge to devote the same amount of hard work and diligence for every client.

As they say, “you get what you pay for.”  We are not the cheapest immigration law firm in the nation. Our focus is on providing value to our clients, not the lowest price.  Vivo Law Offices, LLC is committed to proving client-oriented services that get the best results possible under the facts of your particular case.

We do not hide fees or expenses

We do not hide fees or expenses.  We charge for overnight and government fees but not copy charges, staff fees, regular postage, etc.

We understand that obtaining a Fiance(e) Visa is an important purchase but also one that will cost you money.  Not only will you incur attorney’s fees, but also governmental filing fees, travel expenses, fees in your fiancé(e)’s country, etc.  We value you as a client, and appreciate that you want quality legal representation in return for your hard-earned money.  We also understand that some of our clients may need financial assistance in the form of a payment plan.  And so, our firm does accepts payment plans (two payments of $750.00), which are detailed in our engagement letter.

We make the process simple for you.

As soon as we receive your engagement letter and payment, we will send you our Welcome Package & Questionnaire. You will use the Welcome Package & Questionnaire to learn more about how we will help you through the K-1 Visa process and to provide us with the information we need to devise your case strategy and complete required application forms.

We will guide you through each step of the K-1/Fiance(e) Visa Process.  We will gather the relevant information; file your application; collect the necessary documentation; and then follow your case as it is transferred to the U.S. embassy abroad.  Our work continues until your visa application is granted.  Throughout the process, we will keep you informed of developments in your case with period reports and regular communication.
